Buying a home in Arizona, especially the Valley of The Sun, known locally as The Valley, or also known as the Phoenix area, is pretty straightforward now days. Most real estate contracts are standardized by the Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR) with the exception of new homes built by Builders. Builders tend to have their own formatted contracts and procedures. Having a Realtor such as myself represent you, the Buyer or Investor, is a very wise idea!
