Robyn, 1st Time Buyer, New Home, and qualifies for the Tax Break! Robyn’s goal was to “eventually get a home” but did not think she could afford it yet. When we looked at the tax credit, her income, and all the factors, it seemed to make sense for her to give it a try now! She still is amazed she is in a New Built home. Something she insisted on if she could make it happen….so we did!
